Early winter hike
We went for a little "hike" yesterday with Brent and Jodie. While "little" turned out to be an understatement, as the hike was a very long loop, though it was a great time.
Now Brent should hopefully be along with a few pictures soon, but we hiked the Golden Mile Trail in Oliver, BC. The hike follows the some of the old gold mine route above oliver, and at one stop you even get to see the ruins of the old stamp mill. The remainder of the hike snakes through the brushland, and vineyards of our little valley. we topped off the hike with a great lunch and a couple drinks at a local Old English pub.
I think my feet hate me this morning, and the dog seems a little tired, but apart from that we faired pretty well.
Now where are those pictures?
