Gyoza nite

We had Gyoza nite last week. Sometimes we have a full on Japanese nite, but this time it was only gyoza and sunomonu salad.

I love gyoza, they would be my deserted island food choice if I had one. How can you go wrong with the perfect little pork and sui choy dumpling. Add some hot sauce for dipping and you have the "most bestest" meal.

Yup. Except for the dough, we buy it already cut into round pieces.

Traceys hair does look great. What do you stuff them with? Last night we had the best German potato salad at a birthday party. I don't usually like german potato salad but this was great!

I'll elt her know you guys approve. She was pretty nervous about hacking it all off, and aside from really liking it, she said the best thing is no more helmet head........

Here's a gyoze recipe.

They are pretty tasty David.
So, not to move too far away from the topic at hand, but T's and my favorite Sunday morning tv show is called "The Phantom Gourmet" and it is a foodie show that takes place in the New England area. And man oh man, does the food in you part of the world look good!
