Taco nite tonite!

I still have a day of work and 10 hours ahead of me, but all I can think about is that it's Taco Nite tonite.

We are making raditional "Oroville taco truck" taco's. With small corn tortilla's, some shredded chicken, sprinkled with cilantro and onion, and a squeeze of lime.

.............and maybe a glass of wine or three to wash them down with.

Sounds mighty tasty there Carlo! I'd stop by but it's a little rainy & I got the top down on my bike.

I'm gonna fire up the grill for somethin (not sure what yet) & get some lighter fluid out of the garage fridge. That's about all I know for now.

I think you're on the mark there. I know he's rather fond of cherry schnapps!
