I ran a mile on the treadmill yesterday. Will prob do it again tonight. Maybe more distance. Got to do something to pass the winter time.

SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 10 TO 15 CM ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE OKANAGAN, SIMILKAMEEN, BOUNDARY AND ARROW SLOCAN REGIONS LATER TODAY AS THE ARCTIC FRONT SLUMPS SOUTHWARD. THE HEAVIEST SNOW OVER SOUTHERN REGIONS IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AS THE ARCTIC AIR COLLIDES WITH WARM MOIST AND QUITE UNSTABLE AIR MOVING IN FROM THE SOUTH. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS OF 40 TO 60 KM/H NEAR THE ARCTIC FRONT WILL GIVE AREAS POOR VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF THURSDAY MORNING AS THE FRONT MOVES INTO WASHINGTON STATE. FRIGID ARCTIC AIR COMBINED WITH BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS WILL GENERATE EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES NEAR MINUS 40 IN THE BRITISH COLUMBIA PEACE RIVER REGION TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

Guess what? It was beautiful this morning..........and we now have 6 inches of snow in the yard. Frig'n, frig, frig............
