Default The First Step............

The bikes have seen sunlight.
The covers came off this morning, and they were rolled out into the light of day while I re-organized the garage.

Tomorrow, is Step #2, I'll be changing the oil in Tracy's bike and egtting it ready to roll. We are going to put it up for sale and want to be ready....hopefully.
If it is warm like it is today, I may have to steal a quick spin up and down our road on my bike.

Then it is looking like another 3 weeks to a month before we are actually insured and on the road.

I went out for a spin today as well. Was a bit chilly, but very enjoyable. Think I am going to do it again tomorrow.

Well, the bikes are both up and running now. I chagned the oil in T's bike, and put the stock speedo. faceplate back in as well. We will snap some photo's in the next couple days and up for sale she goes. T. is already sad thinking about selling her, but is thinking of how much fun a new bike will be as well. Hopefully someone will want to buy her (the bike, not T.)

I did put up and down the street on my bike, but that is about as far as I could go no anyways. Their is a ton of gravel on the road that snakes up tour neighbourhood, so we are noe patiently playing the waiting game. Soon, hopefully soon.

I don't want to jinx her hopes, but she wants something more along the lines of a sport touring type rig, a bike that actually "handles" and goes "faster" than a cruiser.

One step forward, three steps back.
Woke up to snow this morning, how utterly depressing.
