A suggestion for a new section

We should have a section called "Motorcycle News". In this section, there could be a announcements about new state laws enacted (such as Texas now prohibiting detaining a motorcyclist solely to determine if the operator has successfully completed a motorcycle training and safety course - effective 9/1/2009) or old ones repealed (such as Florida's repealed ban on vertical license plates - effective 6/16/2009); updated helmet laws Missouri Governor Jay Nixon vetoed one which would relax the current laws), local and state noise ordinances, etc. This could be a pretty informative section.
