Default Freakin' commercialism...

It's December 30th, 6 days after Christmas. It's still 2009, New Year's has not arrived. Deb and I go to the grocery store and what's on the shelves? Freakin' Valentine's Day stuff.

Good lord, people... can we at least wait until the right year?

*sigh*

At least I understand the Hobby store. You have to have time to create any display, ornament, tablecloth or what have you for the holiday. My wife did a crosstitch stocking for my Grand-daughter and got it done about 3 days before Christmas. Nailbiter.
