I bought one about 2 months ago. Went from a 3/4 Open face to this one. I like it. Being able to easily drop/raise the visor is a real plus, especially when you run into rain. I tried it once without the ear skirt and found the wind noise too loud for me, so I just keep the skirt installed. I don't like the visor (plus it didn't seem to latch properly on one side) so I don't use it. It is very comfortable and overall, I'm happy with it.
