One of the interesting things we learned was how many bottles of wine they get from a barrel. 300! Couldn't believe a barrel held that much. At how much a bottle $$$, you do the math....

We rarely drink Okanagan wine. The average price for a bottle is about $20-$25.00 I am pretty thrifty when it comes to my wine purchasing, so we usually keep an eye out for the sales. We did pick up a few bottles of Jackson-Triggs at the liquor store last week for $8.99 a bottle. I'm happy if I can find a bottle under $10.00

Of course as Tracy only drinks dry white, and I prefer red we tend to buy two (at least...... ) bottles at the same time.
